Ponderosa Hauling was founded in 2022 by Joel Orazio — an Army veteran and Ocean Springs native with a passion for the Gulf Coast community and a drive to build something lasting.
After leaving the Army, Joel saw a clear need for a locally-owned, fully licensed junk removal and demolition company that could go head-to-head with the national franchise chains — and beat them on service, honesty, and community commitment.
Joel and his wife work every day to build a business rooted in real values: flat-rate transparency, responsible disposal, and genuinely caring about the spaces and people they serve.
Today, Ponderosa Hauling serves homeowners, contractors, property managers, and businesses across a 40-mile radius of Ocean Springs — with the same attention to detail on every single job.
